Answers to the questions we hear most from teams and venues before starting a project.
A ribbon board (or fascia display) is the long, narrow LED band that wraps a seating deck: extremely wide and short in aspect ratio. A jumbotron, or main video board, is the large-format screen used for full-motion video like intros, replays, and sponsor spots. See our ribbon board and jumbotron graphics pages for more on each.
Nothing. They're the same display technology. "Ribbon board" is the term most commonly used by sports and entertainment teams, while "fascia" or "fascia LED" is more common among venue architects, integrators, and some LED manufacturers. We use both terms to mean the same thing.
Turnaround depends on the service and scope: a single ribbon board loop takes less time than a full team intro video with custom 3D animation and sound design. We'll give you a project-specific timeline as part of every quote.
We're a content studio, not a hardware vendor, so we're brand-agnostic by design. We build animation and video content to match your venue's existing (or planned) display specifications, regardless of which manufacturer installed the hardware.
It depends on the service: shuffle games start at $9,999 for one 4K board, and every other service has its own starting-at range. See our full pricing page for details, or request a quote for an exact number.
Yes. We include unlimited rounds of revisions on every project until you're happy with the final content, with no extra change-order fees.
Both. We've produced content for professional teams across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB, as well as college athletic programs. See examples on our industries page, including our college athletics work.
That depends on your hardware vendor, not us. We're a content studio, not an LED installer, so we don't sell or install displays. If you already have a ribbon board (or are getting one installed), we handle the animation content that runs on it. See our pricing page for content costs.
It depends entirely on your specific board's pixel pitch and dimensions, which vary by venue and manufacturer. We work directly from your display's exact specs on every project. See our blog post on LED aspect ratios for more on why this matters.
We don't install anything. We're brand-agnostic by design and build content to match whatever display hardware you already have, or whatever's being installed, regardless of manufacturer.
Yes. Shuffle games (kiss cam, noise meter, sponsor games, and similar in-game entertainment graphics) are one of our core services, priced starting at $9,999 for one 4K board.
Earlier is better, especially for larger packages like a full team intro video or a season's worth of ribbon board content, since production timelines depend on scope. Reach out as soon as you're planning the season and we'll map out a schedule that fits your deadlines.
Both. Some clients commission a single project, like one intro video or one shuffle game; others work with us on an ongoing basis for a full season of ribbon board, scoreboard, and jumbotron content. Request a quote and tell us which you're looking for.
